Who we share it with
Only with those who help us run the shop: our website host, any form service used to receive orders, delivery carriers (Royal Mail, Evri), our prescriber for health checks, and our email provider. We never sell your data. Some providers may process data outside the UK under approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
Order and tax records: 6 years. Health questionnaire and prescribing records: as long as UK clinical record rules require. Marketing data: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. Email hello@blockamino.com and we'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).
