You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund of the item price.
For safety, we can only accept items that are unopened, sealed and in their original packaging. Once a seal is broken, we can't resell or reuse the item, so it can't be returned unless it's faulty. This follows the exception for sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
How to return: 1. Email hello@blockamino.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. 2. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, using a tracked service. You pay the return postage unless the item was faulty or wrong. 3. We refund within 14 days of receiving the item, in the same cryptocurrency, to a wallet address you confirm by email, for the USD value of the item. If you return a whole order within 14 days, we also refund standard delivery.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered: - Email hello@blockamino.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. - We'll send a replacement free of charge, or refund you if you prefer or a replacement isn't available. - We'll send you a prepaid return label if we need the item back.
Not accepted
- Opened or unsealed items (unless faulty or wrong).
- Items returned after 14 days.
- Prescription items where the seal is broken.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
