All orders ship from London, United Kingdom.
Dispatch
We dispatch within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders with prescription items are dispatched within 1–2 working days after our prescriber approves them.

International
We only ship to countries where the products can legally be imported and supplied. If a destination isn't offered at checkout, we can't ship there. You are responsible for knowing and following your country's import rules, and for any customs duties, taxes or fees. We can't refund orders seized or refused by customs where the import rules weren't followed. Prescription items are UK only.
